I joined Fresco Shades in 2026, and have a sales background across the automotive parts and tools industry, as well as musical instrument sales. I enjoy connecting with customers, understanding how they use their outdoor spaces, and helping them find the right solution to create an area they can enjoy throughout the year.

I’ve been really impressed by Fresco Shades’ innovation, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. Our canopies and outdoor blinds are designed to transform outdoor areas into comfortable, functional spaces where families and friends can relax and enjoy more time outdoors.

I look after the entire process for my customers, from the initial consultation through to checking in post installation. We have fantastic manufacturing and installation teams, which ensures our customers are delighted every step of the way.

I’m Waikato based, having recently moved south from Pukekohe. Outside of work, I play guitar in a classic rock band, enjoy taking on DIY home maintenance projects, and love travelling. My favourite destination in Europe is Italy — I enjoy the culture, food, and lifestyle.

From installers to fabricators, design & office support, the whole team takes pride in delivering a high-quality product, making clients wishes a reality. I have a lot of faith & pride in our team, they’re awesome!

When I'm not at work, you'll find me exploring the great outdoors. Diving, fishing, boating tramping, and spending time immersed in nature.

My career has always involved jobs centered around people. I pride my ability to listen, connect and develop solutions together with clients. It is great to help them create outdoor living areas that they can enjoy all year round.

To be in successful in sales the most fundamental thing is to believe in the product you are selling, Fresco Shades business ethos and attention to detail in the end product align with my beliefs. The expertise from all involved from the factory, installers ,management and front line staff contribute to a fantastic team environment that ultimately produces superior products.

A family man at heart and avid mountain biker, a passion that I shares with my son Liam. Most weekends we can be found in a forest somewhere enjoying the great outdoors on their bikes.

As the receptionist at Fresco Shades, I’m the first friendly face our customers and visitors see. My mission is to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere that ensures every interaction you have with our company leaves a lasting positive impression.

My journey into customer service began in the kitchen as a baker and catering coordinator. There, I sharpened my attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service. Transitioning to reception and administration, I’ve brought those same values to the forefront, ensuring that every task I handle is done with care and precision. Joining the Fresco Shades team has been a fantastic opportunity to further develop my skills and contribute to a company that genuinely values excellence and client satisfaction.

When I’m not greeting clients with a smile, you’ll find me indulging in my favourite crafts, whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, playing a (very) casual round of golf, enjoying a good braai with family and friends.

I came to New Zealand in 2007 planning a year of Working Holiday, but then fell in love with the Country and decided to stay. Started as a Sailmaker and moved to Fresco to work in the Curtains Dept. Since then, I worked my way up through the Office, Sales and now managing Fresco from the desk and on site.

I truly believe in the product, but I’m convinced that we provide a solution to our customers. From the Team in the Factory all the way to the Installers, every person is passionate about what they do and always try to provide the best service to make our customers happy, by changing the way they use their outdoors areas.

Leaving the big smoke to spend the weekend with my family at the bach is my biggest pleasure, but when we stay at home, Football and water sports keep us busy all year.
